Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 17.04.2025 registered as Case Crime no.0318/2025, under sections 420, 406, 506 IPC, Police Station- Majhola, District Moradabad. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that during investigation certain sections have been added and as such, the benefit of law laid down in Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar, reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273 cannot be accorded to the petitioners. 4. Confronted with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to file fresh writ petition. 5.
