Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 21.03.2025 registered as Case Crime no.0118/2025, under sections 85, 115(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Jalesar, District Etah. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that in the instant matter police report/Chargesheet No.142/2025 is already submitted to the Competent Court on 17.04.2025, as such, no cause of action survives. Even otherwise the chargesheet is not under challenge and accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. During investigation certain sections have also been added. 4.
