By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial, proper and expeditious investigation of the Case Crime no.63 of 2022 under Section 419, 420, 406, 504, 506, 467, 468, 120-B IPC, P.S. Jhunsi, District Prayagaraj. 3. It is apprised that during investigation initially the complicity of co-accused namely Mukesh Saxena and Nitin @ Abhishek Saxena was found and accordingly, the police report/chargesheet on 23.12.2022 itself and and since then, qua other accused, the investigation is in progress.
