The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 09.09.2024 being Case Crime No.13 of 2024 under Sections 34, 420, 406, 506, 467, 468, 471 IPC & 66D of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, P.S. Cyber Crime, Barabanki and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA states that the instant writ petition is not amenable at Allahabad and as such the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, liberty may be accorded to the petitioner to prefer the writ petition before the appropriate Court. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands
