This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent authority i.e. respondent No.2 to 5 to ensure the fair and to impartial investigation and to ensure the arrest of the respondent No.6 to 15 in pursuance of the first information report dated 01.02.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0007/2025, under Section 191(2), 351(2), 324(2), 329(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Luxa, District-Kashi (Commissionerate Varanasi), within stipulated period, as specified by this Hon'ble Court. (II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the transfer investigation the of respondent No.2/Commissioner of Police, District- Varanasi to Case Crime No.0007/2025, under
