By means of the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following principal reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 02.09.2023 passed by Divisional Inspector (Technical), Chandauli, District- Chandauli and order dated 22.09.2023 passed by respondent No.4 to 7 whereby Auction the Truch No. UP63T1175 of the petitioner. (ii) Issue any other suitable writ order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
