Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 2 (The Commissioner of Police, District Commissionerate Varanasi) to supervise the investigation of petitioner's Case Crime No. 0310 of 2024 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S.- Rohania, District- Commissionerate Varanasi and ensure the fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law within time bound period without any undue delay, otherwise petitioner deprive from justice." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4.
