A writ of direction in the nature of certiorari to quashing the impugned first information report dated 31.03.2025 registered as in case crime no. 0115 of 2025 under section 191 (2), 115 (2), 352, 351(2), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 110, B.N.S.S. 2023, P.S.- Khurja Dehat, District-Bulandshahar, (Annexure No.1 to this writ petition). II. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents, no coercive against the action, Petitioners, in pursuance of the impugned first information report dated 31.03.2025 registered as in case crime no. 0115 of 2025 under section 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351 (2), 117(2), 118 (1), 118 (2), 110, B.N.S.S. 2023, P.S. Khurja Bulandshahar." 3. Learned cou
