This writ petition is preferred praying for the following relief: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Station House Office, Police Station- Kothibhar, District- Maharajganj to register the case in compliance of the order dated 22.02.2017 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, District- Maharajganj and investigate the same. (II) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Superintendent of Police to ensuer the fair investigation in the matter." 3. In pith and substance, the grievance of the petitioner is that, despite the order dated 22.02.2017 passed by the C.J.M., Maharajganj, First Information Report has not been registered
