The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioner has challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 12.03.2025, registered as Case Crime No.199 of 2025, under Section 318(4) B.N.S., Section 66D of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, P.S.-Gulaharia, District- Gorakhpur.
