This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 05.04.2025 (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition), relating to Case Crime No. 0196 of 2025, Under Section 2(b)(xi)(xvii), 3(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, Police Station Geeda, District Gorakhpur. (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining directing the respondents not to arrest the Petitioner in Case Crime No. 0196 of 2025, Under Section 2(b)(xi)(xvii), 3(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti- Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, Police Station Geeda, District Gorakhpur on the basis of the First Information Report 0
