Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 21.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.131 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 12 of Passport Act, Police Station Khorabar, District Gorakhpur. 3. After substantial argument, once the Court has declined to entertain the writ petition for quashing the impugned first information report then learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4.
