The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 14.02.2025 being Case Crime No.099 f 2025 under Sections 85, 115 (2) BNS and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S Lisari Gate, Distt. Meerut and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioners on 21.03.2025 and as such no indulgence is required in the instant matter. Even otherwise, the chargesheet is also not under challenge. 4. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is not inclined to press the instant writ petition.
