In pith and substance, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0003 of 2025 under Sections 109/ 366/ 380/ 494 IPC, P.S. Chetganj, Distt. Varanasi and for a further directions to respondents to recover the victim in the aforesaid case crime. 3. It is alleged that there is inordinate delay in the investigation and the victim has also not been recovered as yet. The fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. An apprehension has been shown by the petitioner that either the police is protecting the accused or is not interested to take any action against them.
