Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 05.03.2025 being Case Crime No.0018 of 2025 under Section 3, 5A/8 Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S. Biharigarh, Distt. Saharanpur and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 08.04.2025 and as such no indulgence is required in the instant matter. Even otherwise, the chargesheet is also not under challenge. 4. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not inclined to press the instant writ petition.
