The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 01.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0065 of 2025 under Sections 103 (1), 352, 351 (3) BNS and Section 3 (2) (V), 3 (1) (Da) and Section 3 (1) (Dha) SC/ST Act, P.S. Siddharth Nagar, Distt. Siddharth Nagar and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
