Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the material brought on the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for a mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 and 3 to lodge of the FIR against the respondent no.4 and 5 in view of the representations moved by the petitioner. 3. After substantial arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she would like to confine her prayer to the extent that the representation/application which is pending consideration before respondent No.2 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Fatehpur, may be decided in the light of judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari v. State of U.P. and others AIR 2014 Supreme Court 187 and Pradeep Nirankarnath Sharma vs. State of Gujarat and others 2025 SCC OnLine SC 559. 4. Learned A.G.A. is having no objection to t
