Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 03.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0050 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 193(3), 131, 115(2), 109(1), 117(2), 352, and 351(2) of B.N.S., 2023 at Police Station- Shivrajpur, District Kanpur Nagar and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. Considering the facts of the case, as it cannot be disputed that the alleged incident has not occurred as various grave injuries have been sustained by both the parties, we do not find any merit to entertain the writ petition for quashing of the impugned FIR. 4.
