Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 11.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 141 of 2025, under Sections 87 and 351(4) of B.N.S., Police Station-Amanpur, District- Kasganj and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. As per the impugned FIR lodged on 11.04.2025, the informant alleges that his daughter aged 22 years was enticed away by the petitioner No.2 on 10.04.2025 at around 1:00 PM. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned FIR is illegal, arbitrary, and not tenable in the eyes of law, warranting quashing by this Hon'ble Court.
