The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 16.04.2025 registered as Case No.158 of 2025 under Sections 142, 137(2) and 87 of the B.N.S. Act, 2023 at Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffarnagar and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3.
