Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 23.4.2025 registered as Case Crime no.272 of 2025, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC, at Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to entertain in this matter, learned counsel for the petitioners state that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioners to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
