This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent no.2 to supervise the investigation with regard to First Information Report dated 23.03.2025 arising out of Case Crime No.82 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station-Jaswant Nagar, District-Etawah." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4.
