This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "(a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus direct the respondents to conduct the fair investigation and arrest of the respondent nos.4, 5 and 6 pursuance of the FIR dated 11.12.2024 in case crime no.0659 of 2024 under sections 302, 201, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station- Geeda, District Gorakhpur." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4. Learned AGA, on the other hand, states that such aspects shall be examined by the second respondent, at the first instance. 5.
