The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 19.06.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 271 of 2024, under Sections 363, 504 IPC, P.S. Gauribazar, Distt. Deoria and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. It is contended that the impugned FIR has been lodged totally on false allegations just to harass the petitioner. The petitioner and the victim (daughter of the informant) are major and have married with each other out of their own free will and consent and living happily as married couple.
