The instant writ petition is preferred for a mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to conduct the fair investigation and conclude the same in pursuance of FIR dated 26.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 091 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2) BNS, P.S. Bithur, District Paschimi Commissionerate, Kanpur Nagar within stipulated time. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's minor daughter is missing since 26.3.2025 and could not be recovered till date. 4.
