The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 20.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0069 of 2024, under Sections 87, 137(2), B.N.S. 2023, P.S.- Kokhraj, District- Kaushambi and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. It is contended that the impugned FIR has been lodged totally on false allegations just to harass the petitioners. The petitioners are major and have married with each other out of their own free will and consent and living happily as married couple.
