Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Paritosh Malviya, learned AGA-I for the State. 2. The instant writ petition is preferred for a mandamus commanding the respondents to transfer the investigation of Case Crime No. 112 of 2025, under Sections 452, 504, 506, 323, 427, 395, 342, 307, 195, 219, 34 IPC, P.S. Jewar, District Gautam Buddh Nagar by CBCID or any other independent agency, in the interest of justice. 3. At the very outset, learned AGA-I submits that in the instant case, investigation is already concluded and final report is submitted to the competent court. 4. Considering the factual situation, no cause of action survives at this stage. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can invoke the remedy as contemplated in law. 5.
