The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 02.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No.83 of 2025, under Sections 137(2) and 352 of B.N.S., P.S. - Narsaina, District- Bulandshahr. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. The impugned First Informant Report is challenged precisely on the ground that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the impugned F.I.R.
