Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the FIR dated 06.03.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0022 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S., P.S.- Durgaganj, District- Bhadohi, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet. The charge-sheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is disposed of.
