Issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 2 (The Superintendent of Police, District Kasganj) to supervise the investigation of petitioner's Case Crime No. 76 of 2025 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S. - Kasganj, District - Kasganj dated - 24.1.2025 and ensure the fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law within time bound period without any undue delay, otherwise petitioner deprive from justice." 3. It is stated that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4.
