The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioners has challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 22.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0339 of 2025, under Section 191(2), 115(2), 74 352, 351(2) of the BNS 2023 and Section 3(2)(va), 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the SC/ST Act, at Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad. The petitioners have further prayed for issuance of a direction restraining the police authorities from effecting their arrest pursuant to the aforesaid impugned F.I.R. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that the
