Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the respondents to exercise power and jurisdiction conferred by the provisions of section 173(4) BNSS to get the FIR of cognizable offence and further to investigate himself or to direct his other subordinate competent officer to register the case against the respondent nos. 4 to 8 in terms of directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court given in paragraph No. 119 and 120 of the decision in the matter of Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh SCC 2014 (2) Page 1. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already made a detailed representation/application to the second respondent on 20.1.2025, which is pending consideration. 4.
