The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 08.09.2022 registered as Case Crime No.274 of 2022 under Section 376-D, 307, 506 IPC, Police Station Mubarkpur, District Azmgarh. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to press the relief as available in law. 4.
