Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 18.12.2024 being Case Crime No.0608 of 2024 under Section 109, 352, 333, 351 (3) BNS, P.S. Prem Nagar, Distt. Jhansi and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. After substantial arguments, once we declined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, he states that liberty may be accorded to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available in law. 4. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed leaving it open for the petitioners to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
