Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. In pith and substance, the petitioner (accused) has approached this Court for a direction to respondents to ensure free and fair investigation of Case Crime No.0391 of 2024 under Section 115 (2), 121 (2), 125, 132, 191 (2), 221 BNSS, P.S. Jalalpur, Distt. Jaunpur. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that in the instant matter chargesheet has been submitted against the petitioner 12.02.2025. 4. Confronted with this, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition.
