Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 16.04.2025 being Case Crime No.60 of 2025 under Section 288, 115 (2) BNSS, P.S. George Town, Distt. Prayagraj and for a direction to respondents not to take coercive action against the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA, on the instructions, states that during investigation Section 109 BNS has also been added in the instant matter. 4. After substantial arguments, once we declined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition.
