The present writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 11.04.2025, registered as Case Crime No.171 of 2025 under Section 87 BNS, P.S. Gajraula, Distt. Amroha. A further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in connection with the aforementioned FIR. 3. It has been stated that both the first petitioner and the victim (second petitioner) are adults and belong to same religion. They have solemnized their marriage of their own volition and are presently living together as husband and wife in harmony.
