We are not impressed by the prayer made in the writ petition to direct the respondent nos.2 and 3 to ensure impartial and fair investigation in the First Information Report dated 25.02.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0080 of 2024 under Section 191(2), 115(2), 352, 333, 351(2), 351(3), 74, 324(4), 324(5) BNS and Section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Gha) of the Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989, P.S. Tilamod, District Ghaziabad, once it is submitted by learned A.G.A. that upon conclusion of investigation, a chargesheet has already been submitted in the matter.
