This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 03.09.2020, registered as Case Crime No.505 of 2020, under Sections 147, 354, 452, 323, 504, 506, IPC, Police Station Galshahid, District Moradabad and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to impugned FIR. 3.
