The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to lodge an FIR against respondent nos.4 to 7 in Complaint Letter dated 23.12.2024, P.s. Izzat Nagar, Distt. Bareilly. 3. It is contended that in compliance of the judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari v. State of U.P. and others AIR 2014 Supreme Court 187 the Director General of Police, U.P. has issued a Circular dated 30.12.2013 in this regard but still the grievance of the petitioner has not been adhered to. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner moves fresh representation ventilating her grievances before respondent n.2-Senior Superintend
