Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. In pith and substance, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.104 of 2025 under Section 331 (4) and Section 305 (a) BNS, P.S. Dhoomanganj, Distt. Prayagraj. 3. It is alleged that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. An apprehension has been shown by the petitioner that either the police is protecting the accused or is not interested to take any action against them.
