Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 30.3.2025 registered as Case Crime no. 0055/2025, under sections 137(2) of BNS and 3/4 (2) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, Police Station- Kuthond, District Jalaun. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that due to inadvertent two writ petition were filed before this Court, the previous Criminal Writ Petition No. 7658 of 2025 was dismissed as not pressed by this Court vide order dated 22.4.2025, once the court has again declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do n
