Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "A. Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus B. directing the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to conclude the investigation of Case Crime No. 0002 of 2025, Under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Police Station - Cantt, District East (Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar), in a fair, legal and proper manner and to submit the chargesheet/ police report in the aforesaid case expeditiously and in accordance with law." 3.
