Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 19.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No.76 of 2025 under Sections 109, 190, 191(2), 191(3), 121(1), 132,125 and 221 B.N.S. and section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act at Police Station- Chajlet, District Moradabad. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as available in law. Order Date
