The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 16.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.39 of 2025, under Section 87 of B.N.S., 2023, P.S. -Sahayal, District- Auraiya and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the victim (petitioner no.1), who is major girl aged about 19 years (as alleged in the FIR), had solemnised marriage with first petitioner and victim is living happily with the first petitioner as his wife.
