Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the History Sheet No. 45-A opened against the petitioner in P.S. Ratanpuri, Distt. Muzaffar Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer that the application dated 21.6.2024 pending before the D.G.P. Lucknow may be decided expeditiously. 4. Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents very fairly conceded the fact that in case petitioner moves a fresh application at the earliest before the competent authority, definitely the same would be considered expeditiously. 5.
