The present writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 09.02.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0037 of 2025 under Sections 123, 64 of BNS, at Police Station Kadri Gate, District Fatehgarh. A further prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in connection with the aforementioned FIR. 3.
