The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 02.01.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 06 of 2025 under Section75, 87, 3 (5) of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives as during investigation complicity of petitioners in the present case were not found and, accordingly, final report has already been submitted as such, the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant writ petition is dismissed not pressed.
