Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 28.10.2024 registered as Case Crime no.975 of 2024, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506 IPC, at Police Station Nandgram, District Ghaziabad. 3. On the other hand, learned AGA on the instructions states that in the instant matter police report/Chargesheet is already submitted to the Competent Court on 12.5.2025, as such, no cause of action survives. Even otherwise the chargesheet is not under challenge and accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.
