This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned first information report dated 17.08.2020, registered as Case Crime No.0363 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Phoolpur, District Prayagraj. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in pursuant to the impugned F.I.R. 3.
